ULTIMATE FROZEN HOT CHOCOLATE

This delicious beverage is perfect for a summer day. Serve with a dollop of dairy free ice cream or a squirt of whipped cream. Don’t forget the marshmallows!
Ingredients:
350ml of dairy free milk (I recommend oat or almond milk)
2 tablespoons of golden syrup
1 teaspoon of sugar
About 5 tablespoons of cocoa powder (depends on how you chocolatey you like it)
5 cubes of ice
Optional: Dairy free whipped cream or vanilla ice cream
Method:
Put the milk, cocoa powder, sugar and syrup into a blender and blitz for about 7-10 seconds, until well combined
Then place in freezer for 5-10 minutes, or keep in fridge until you actually want to drink it so that it can stay cold
Add the ice, whipped cream or ice cream (or even both if you want), and enjoy!
