EASY HUMMUS
Ingredients:
1 tin chickpeas
1 lemon
1 garlic clove
3tbsp olive oil, plus extra for serving
1tsp ground cumin
3tbsp water
Pinch of salt
Paprika, for serving
Method:
Juice the lemon, mince the garlic and drain the chickpeas
In a food processer, blitz together the lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, cumin and salt for about 50-60 seconds
Add in half the chickpeas and process for 30 seconds
Then add the remaining chickpeas and blitz for about 1min ½
Add in the water, and process for a final time for about 30 seconds
Serve with a drizzle of olive oil and dash of paprika
