EASY HUMMUS

Ingredients:

  • 1 tin chickpeas

  • 1 lemon

  • 1 garlic clove

  • 3tbsp olive oil, plus extra for serving

  • 1tsp ground cumin

  • 3tbsp water

  • Pinch of salt

  • Paprika, for serving


Method:

  • Juice the lemon, mince the garlic and drain the chickpeas

  • In a food processer, blitz together the lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, cumin and salt for about 50-60 seconds

  • Add in half the chickpeas and process for 30 seconds

  • Then add the remaining chickpeas and blitz for about 1min ½

  • Add in the water, and process for a final time for about 30 seconds

  • Serve with a drizzle of olive oil and dash of paprika

  • Enjoy!
