EASY FRUIT SALAD
My absolute favourite dish of all time is a fruit salad. Whether you are having it during the day as a snack, as a dessert, or even for breakfast, I can guarantee you will enjoy it.
Ingredients: (Note: This is what I usually put in my fruit salad but you can use any fruits you want)
2 small mangoes or 1 large mango
¼ watermelon
2 apples
1 kiwi
Half a box of strawberries
2 nectarines
2 oranges
Half a packet of grapes
For the dressing:
1 teaspoon syrup
½ lemon zest
½ orange zest
2 tablespoons of water
Method:
Slice all the fruit into large bite-size pieces (the orange can stay longer) and place into a large serving bowl
Mix all your dressing ingredients together in a separate bowl
Drizzle dressing all around fruit salad and mix gently, being careful not to squash any fruit
