DAIRY FREE OREO MOUSSE
Ingredients:
6 Oreos, or dairy free cookies and cream alternative
250ml whippable dairy free double cream
40g icing sugar
Method:
Crush the Oreos using a rolling pin
Whisk the cream and sugar to stiff peaks using an electric mixer
Fold in three quarters of the Oreo crumbles
Pour into a glass and top with the remaining Oreo crumbles
Enjoy!
