DAIRY FREE OREO MOUSSE

Ingredients:

  • 6 Oreos, or dairy free cookies and cream alternative

  • 250ml whippable dairy free double cream

  • 40g icing sugar



Method:

  • Crush the Oreos using a rolling pin

  • Whisk the cream and sugar to stiff peaks using an electric mixer

  • Fold in three quarters of the Oreo crumbles

  • Pour into a glass and top with the remaining Oreo crumbles

  • Enjoy!
