CRISPY POTATO WEDGES

Ingredients:

  • 7 large potatoes

  • Drizzle of olive oil

  • 1tbsp paprika

  • Pinch of salt + pepper


Method:

  • Preheat the oven to 180C

  • Scrub the potatoes and slice into wedges

  • Transfer to a baking tray and drizzle with oil

  • Season with paprika, salt and pepper

  • Cook for 45 minutes to 1 hour until golden brown

  • Enjoy!
