CRISPY POTATO WEDGES
Ingredients:
7 large potatoes
Drizzle of olive oil
1tbsp paprika
Pinch of salt + pepper
Method:
Preheat the oven to 180C
Scrub the potatoes and slice into wedges
Transfer to a baking tray and drizzle with oil
Season with paprika, salt and pepper
Cook for 45 minutes to 1 hour until golden brown
Enjoy!
