DAIRY FREE SCHOOL CAKE
Ingredients:
250g self raising flour
250g caster sugar
250g dairy free butter/margarine
4 eggs
1tbsp vanilla bean paste
For the icing:
250g icing sugar
3tbsp boiling water
Sprinkles, to decorate
Method:
Preheat the oven to 160C
Mix the flour, sugar and butter
Add the eggs and vanilla and mix again
Pour into a greased baking tin and bake for 25 minutes
To make the icing:
Mix together the icing sugar and water and spread onto the cake once cooled
Immediately top with sprinkles
Enjoy!
