GLUTEN AND DAIRY FREE CRISPY PIZZA POCKETS

Ingredients:

  • 1 roll gluten and dairy free puff pastry

  • Tomato paste

  • Dairy free mozzarella

  • Ham

  • Olive oil, for brushing

  • Oregano, for sprinkling


Method:

  • Preheat the oven to 200C

  • Lay out your pastry and cut into squares

  • Spread a spoonful of tomato sauce onto each corner and top with cheese and ham

  • Fold in half to form a triangle

  • Use a fork to seal the edges

  • Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano

  • Bake for 15-20 minutes

  • Enjoy!
