GLUTEN AND DAIRY FREE CRISPY PIZZA POCKETS
Ingredients:
1 roll gluten and dairy free puff pastry
Tomato paste
Dairy free mozzarella
Ham
Olive oil, for brushing
Oregano, for sprinkling
Method:
Preheat the oven to 200C
Lay out your pastry and cut into squares
Spread a spoonful of tomato sauce onto each corner and top with cheese and ham
Fold in half to form a triangle
Use a fork to seal the edges
Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano
Bake for 15-20 minutes
Enjoy!
