VEGAN CHIA PUDDING

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup oat milk

  • 4tsp chia seeds

  • 1tsp vanilla extract

  • Fresh fruit, to top


Method:

  • Mix together the oat milk and chia seeds

  • Stir in the vanilla

  • Refrigerate overnight

  • Top with fresh fruit of choice

  • Enjoy!
