VEGAN CINNAMON SPICE OVERNIGHT OATS

These overnight oats are super simple and quick to make and is perfect as we approach the winter and Christmas season.

Ingredients:

  • 50g rolled oats

  • 100ml oat milk + extra

  • 1tbsp cinnamon

  • 1tsp honey

  • Dash of nutmeg

  • Dash of Ginger

  • Dash of mixed spice

  • Sliced banana, for topping

  • Granola, for topping


Method:

  • Mix together the rolled oats and oat milk

  • Add in spices, honey and splash of oat milk and mix again

  • Refrigerate overnight

  • Top with banana and granola

  • Enjoy!
