Fun fact: Parmentier potatoes were the first potatoes I ever made! I love them because they’re small and delicious!

🥔 You’re choice of potatoes
🥔 Three garlic cloves, crushed
🥔 Rosemary
🥔 Olive oil, to drizzle


🥔 Preheat the oven to 200C
🥔 Peel and chop the potatoes into small cubes
🥔 Transfer into a baking tray and top with rosemary and crushed garlic
🥔Drizzle with sunflower oil and cook in the oven for about 45 minutes (depending on the amount) , turning them around every so often to ensure perfectly cooked potatoes. They should be a nice golden brown colour.
