VEGAN BANANA SPLIT-BREAKFAST EDITION
Ingredients:
1 banana
5 tbsp dairy free yoghurt
5 tbsp granola
Handful of fresh fruit (I recommend berries)
1tbsp dairy free peanut butter (optional)
Method:
Slice the banana in half, longways
Place them in a bowl, and make sure they’re facing upwards
If you’re using peanut butter, spread it on top of the bananas
Scatter the rest of the ingredients on top
Enjoy!
