VEGAN BANANA SPLIT-BREAKFAST EDITION

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana

  • 5 tbsp dairy free yoghurt

  • 5 tbsp granola

  • Handful of fresh fruit (I recommend berries)

  • 1tbsp dairy free peanut butter (optional)


Method:

  • Slice the banana in half, longways

  • Place them in a bowl, and make sure they’re facing upwards

  • If you’re using peanut butter, spread it on top of the bananas

  • Scatter the rest of the ingredients on top

  • Enjoy!
